Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
The site is the property of STUDIO M HOME DECOR & MORE in its entirety, as well as all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. However, hypertext links to the site are authorized without specific request.
2. Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges having read and understood, at the time of placing the order, the special terms and conditions of sale set out herein and expressly declares accepting them without reservation.
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between MOROCCANLOOM, a brand of STUDIO M HOME DÉCOR & MORE, and its customer, and are accepted unreservedly by both parties. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document, unless expressly waived in advance in writing.
3. Order
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
moroccanloom confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the e-mail address provided. The sale will not be concluded until the order has been confirmed. moroccanloom reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the purchaser when placing an order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
4. Withdrawal
In the event of an apparent defect, the buyer has the right to return the product in accordance with the conditions set out in this document.
The customer has 3 days from receiving the goods to request a return. In the event of an exchange or refund, the new item(s) must be returned to their original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Moroccanloom is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of shipping and return costs. Refunds are due within a maximum of 15 days.
Items ordered specifically for you, such as Moroccan lightings for special sales or furniture ordered from the manufacturer, are neither returned not exchanged and do not benefit from the 3-day right of withdrawal provided for by law.
For all return requests, please send an email to customer service at contact@moroccanloom.com and we will deal with your request as soon as possible.
5. Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Moroccanloom.
The price of products is payable in cash on the day the order is placed.
To ensure the security of your payments, we use Shopify Payment, one of the most reliable online payment solutions.
With this system, your card payment is made directly on the secure server on our behalf.
At no time will your card number, or any other confidential data linked to it, be communicated to us.
Furthermore, Moroccanloom reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists.
6. Disputes
This Agreement and any purchase made through MoroccanLoom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
MoroccanLoom shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, material, immaterial, or bodily damages that may result from improper use, misuse, modification, or normal wear of products sold.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoroccanLoom’s total liability arising from any claim related to a purchase shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.
In the event of any difficulty relating to the interpretation or execution of this Agreement, the customer agrees to first seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal action. Such resolution may include contacting MoroccanLoom customer service, consulting a consumer association, professional advisor, or any mediator of the customer’s choice.
Attempting an amicable resolution does not suspend or extend any applicable legal warranty periods or contractual deadlines provided under applicable law.
Complaints or disputes will always be handled in good faith. Customers are encouraged to contact MoroccanLoom directly so that a fair and reasonable solution may be reached prior to escalation.
7. Delivery Inspection & Claims
Upon delivery, the customer or recipient must carefully inspect the package and its contents immediately.
Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be clearly noted with the delivery carrier at the time of receipt and reported to MoroccanLoom within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must retain:
Photographs of the shipping box.
Visible shipping label and tracking number.
Photos showing any damage to products or packaging.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of reimbursement, replacement, or compensation claims related to shipping damage.
8. Limitation of Warranty
All products sold by MoroccanLoom are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where warranties are expressly required under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States law, MoroccanLoom makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Durability,Non-infringement, or Continued availability of products.
MoroccanLoom does not warrant that products will meet all individual customer expectations, nor that operation or use of any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for specific intended uses not expressly described.
Handcrafted and artisanal products, including Moroccan rugs, textiles, and handmade décor items, may contain natural variations in color, size, texture, weaving pattern, or finish. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handmade goods and shall not be considered defects.
Except where prohibited by law, MoroccanLoom shall not be responsible for damages resulting from:
Normal wear and tears, Improper maintenance or cleaning, Misuse or modification of products, Commercial or unintended use, Environmental conditions after delivery.
Any warranty claims, where applicable, are limited solely to replacement, repair, or refund of the product at MoroccanLoom’s discretion.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, therefore certain limitations stated above may not apply to specific customers.
