Shipping and returns

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Once the order has been confirmed, MoroccanLoom undertakes to deliver all the items ordered by the purchaser to the carrier within a maximum of 4 working days. The carrier undertakes to deliver the order to the purchaser's address.
For deliveries outside mainland USA or Morocco, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duty, value-added tax and any other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the order is received. All orders placed are intended for the personal use of customers, and customers or recipients of products are prohibited from reselling all or part of the products. MoroccanLoom declines all legal responsibility for any failure by the customer to pay taxes.
Delivery is made to the customer's address, with the product being handed over directly to the named recipient, or in the event of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not entitle the purchaser to claim damages.
If you are not present, the parcel can either be dropped off at the post office, or the carrier will contact you for a new delivery.
If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time and the order is returned to us, you will unfortunately have to pay the delivery charge again for us to reship it. If you do not wish us to reship your order, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
We calculate our delivery charges according to the weight and place of delivery. The rate will be indicated to you before your order is confirmed. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order to avoid having to pay shipping costs more than once. Please note that we cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping charges for each of them.
MoroccanLoom charges the carriage costs applied by the transport organizations we work with, and we do not take any margin on these carriage costs. The delivery charges therefore correspond exactly to the shipping costs paid for your order.

For the Courier Delivery option, we will contact you within 72 working hours to arrange a delivery slot.
